Hello,

This past week Fisher Talent Group focused on scouting. I successfully grew our network and am assessing players daily. Moreover, I have connected with over fifty people I can hire as scouts who disperse across Eswatini with access to rural communities. This effort enables us to tap into marginalized players and highlight overlooked talent territories. Most importantly, it encourages others to believe in talent beyond borders, lines, and dirt roads.

Additionally, I have finalized our donation figure and am seeking forty thousand dollars for a full-time Eswatini Scouting Manager and Videographer and five scouts. If I can solidify that sum, I can train them and maintain Fisher Talent Group's Ewsatini operation while expanding into South Africa. This figure will include two full-time staff members, a vehicle, scouting equipment (video camera, etc.), logistics (phone, gas, etc.), and funding for five scouts. It will also support Fisher Talent Group's transition into South Africa. Our growth consists of expanding into South Africa and building as we have in Eswatini.

In the next two years, I aim to populate the Eswatini talent database with fifty players and establish communication with the national team, domestic youth academies, and abroad player agents and Heads of Scouting. I also seek college connections and any opportunity that advances a player's life. This communication enables us to quickly introduce overlooked talent to better opportunities and promote our database as it deserves.
